Make UR Own: Notebook In-Person
In this bookbinding workshop, each student will learn how to prep materials and assemble your own soft-cover notebook with a wrap around closure. This book can be used for taking class notes, journaling, sketching, or any combination of the above! It is comprised of 3 signatures (aka sections) that are sewn into a large wrap around cover, perfect for personalization. The triple-dash sewn structure of this beginner friendly notebook will elicit screams of, “OMG, I can’t believe you made that!” from all of your friends. No prior experience is necessary and all materials will be provided by the Book Arts Studio. Email bookarts@richmond.edu if you have questions about this event.
