Intro to Riso: Analog Printing In-Person
In this workshop, we'll create comics together using the studio's Risograph Duplicator. The Risograph creates prints on paper through a stencil-based process often described as digital screen-printing. After creating designs on paper with markers, colored pencils, and cut paper, we'll use our paper 'originals' to make a 2-color comic using the scanning function of the Riso. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided by the Book Arts Studio. This workshop is restricted to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students.
